FULL-TIME INFANT/TODDLER TEACHER
Highly qualified, compassionate and dedicated infant/toddler teacher for
NAEYC accredited program.
Requirements:
Candidate should be EEC Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher Certified, Bachelor’s Degree
preferred.
Reports to: Program Director
Shift:
Full-time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday, hours to be determined by program needs.

Perkins provides all full-time employees (assigned to 30 hours or more per week) with a benefits package that includes:

Staff are entitled and encouraged to take two weeks of vacation each year and also accrue 12 sick days per year. At the employee’s anniversary date, the employee will be reimbursed for unused sick time unless they elect to bank sick days. Perkins also offers 11 paid holidays, including your birthday. A confidential Employee Assistance Plan is available free of charge to all staff members and families.
Part-time employees (assigned to a specific number of hours per week under 30 hours) are eligible for vacation, sick and holiday benefits, prorated to the number of hours worked per week. Those staff members may participate in the 403(b) retirement plan to the extent they are eligible.
In addition, all Perkins employees have use of our on-site fitness center and indoor swimming pool, access to ample free parking on campus, and a commuter-friendly location in central Massachusetts.
Perkins trains employees by offering extensive weeklong training sessions to all new employees. Additional training on a variety of relevant topics is available throughout the year.
